Daily Digest: Sunday 29 January
Well it’s the last day of summer for many with workers about to return to work enmasse. And from tomorrow we’ll be returning to our usual coverage. There’s already been such an explosive start to the year and we’re sure it’ll be another exciting year with the various elections and federal politics the way it is.
But right now here’s today’s contributions. As you can imagine we’re in for some more about the so-called ‘riots’ in Canberra and the Coalition’s attempts to divert attention to other areas to score cheap political points. Enjoy!

Remember those complaints about having to pay workers too much? Well it seems like the industry not prepared to pay workers their fair pay are now seeking a hand-out to bring in workers. Perhaps if the industry bothered to pay it’s workers fairly then they wouldn’t need to seek a hand-out.
