    After the nuclear disasters in Japan last year I would have thought that the NSW Premier would have learned some lessons. This is a very retrograde step that is inlkley to improve the economic woes of NSW. I suspect it will lead to alienation of more farmers and rural landowners in the same way that coal seam gas exploration has done so.
