It will be more than a generation of young Victorians that suffer; all Victorians will suffer if they cannot be skilled. The average student age of Chisholm TAFE is 30 years of age. What will happen to parents who wish to upskill and create a better life for their families if they are denied opportunity through TAFE course closures? These changes have enourmous socio economic repercussions and there is barely a blinkof an eye at the long term social impact on our society. As a parent and a current TAFE student I am very concerned about Education in Victoria.
