ALP Leadership Spill

Undoubtedly the nation has been bombarded with news, views, analysis and endless procession of people declaring their support for either Gillard or Rudd. And yet there remains more and more video uploaded to the internet.

With so many more videos being added about the ALP’s leadership spill we’ve had to collate them into this post. If you’re not entirely sure what this is all about let us quickly explain:

The Foreign Minister, Kevin Rudd resigned as the Foreign Minister declaring he wasn’t supported by the Prime Minister and was being forced into it. The Prime Minister responded by declaring yesterday morning that she would call a leadership spill on Monday morning before the next sitting of the federal Parliament.

Queensland Votes

The ALP leadership speculation went into over-drive last night when Kevin Rudd decided to resign as Foreign Minister while overseas but the Queensland election rolls on. However with the events at a federal level the amount of coverage of the Queensland election has dramatically shrunk.

We’ll update the post as we find more videos but in the meantime enjoy the current offerings.
